Don't remember the reason, but it will be FIR when you leave raid with it.
PMCs usually spawn with some loot in their pockets/backpack. Therefore it's not found in raid but it should be once you extract with it. Pretty unrealistic as why would you want to carry a car battery with you in raid when you have Looting Bots mod but it is what it is.
