Cant start Game

Idk why but if i normaly start the game the Server just crashes or just stays in the background

Also tried reinstall everything and Windows-Runtime too.

Here is how it looks like (sorry everytings in Germany)

Those are all Serverlog Files those are getting generated after i start the server

I dont know what to do tryed to start it on a second Windows profile but there i have the Problem that the server doesnt even starts it just closes the window and nothing happens

I also i moved the SPT folder to my main Drive in Programs folder but nothings changed
