The downgrader patcher is in high demand and keeps going over our allotted bandwidth cap. Give it a try 24 hours after you last tried.

A previous post mentioned using 2.13.0 installer which worked for me. Waffle thinks they may have introduced a bug with the downloader in the 2.14.0 version.

I downloaded that, it ran just for a few seconds longer than it force closed on me.
