infinite loading on choose face and voice for character

When I choose face and voice for my PMC my game loads for very long and then crashes. I get no errors when i launch the game in the server but when I click next after choosing a voice and face I recieve the error in the following attachment.

You're using POOP, which is no longer maintained:

You're using a few out of date mods that may be causing issues:

POOP

They may be causing issues, try removing them and seeing if you can progress further.
