execption message on startup

just get this error on startup

[Error]Exception Message:Could not find file 'C:\Battlestate Games\EscapeFromTarkov_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll'.

have looked through threads and couldnt find a real solutions other than making sure eft was up to date which it is

followed instructions to a T and still getting same error

fixed it , has to be extracted into eft folder
