Stuck on "Downloading patcher"

Help, first time using the automatic installer, stuck on the downloading patcher prompt, turned off all anti virus already. Please advise!

I'm also having this problem but it just does nothing after client setup and it runs its patcher then that's it and if you close it then your screwed
