All thermal scopes have "unlimited" range.

(about 5000m, might be shorter depending on the color palette).

FLIR has been buffed significantly, now it performes better than Zeus and REAP-IR.

Fixed the issue where some thermals still had 250m range.
Now they all have upto 5000m range, even the mp-155 thermal.
