Realism patch for Tron's IWI Carmel

Adds a compatibility patch for Fontaine's Realism Mod and Tron's IWI Carmel 1.0.0.
Disclaimer: The patch has values tweaked according to my needs, if you don't feel comfortable you can edit the file to make your own.

This is my first mod and I'm not very knowledgeable about Tarkov modding, feel free to give feedback if you see something wrong or that can be improved.

How to Install:
Drag and drop the user folder inside your Tarkov root folder (just make sure "WTT - IWI Carmel.json" is inside "put_new_stuff_here" folder from Realism)
Or simply install with Mod Organizer 2 like a true civilized person.

-added "buffer" to OperationType (oops)
-reduced recoil slightly
-increased dispersion, camera recoil and durability burn very slightly
-reduced base malfunction chance and heat factor
-added size width changes from original mod
-rebalanced stock stats so they're not as high and more in line with Realism stats
-rebalanced muzzle to be more in line with flash hider bonuses
-rebalanced barrels to be more in line with carbine length/bigger than carbine length barrels (proper velocity debuffs now)
-removed…
