Crafting times/Zerotimes mod

Trying to figure out the workaround so one of the zero times mods works with the most current 3.9.8 build of SPT. Tried updating to 3.9.* and various other things and none have worked. Anyone know the fix?

Or know a way to edit the crafting times or another mod that does that?

Doesn't Svm have a section for this? Also Crafter mod does some rebalance, based on Softcore mod that has further changes.

svm (server value modifier) does have an option to disable/lower crafting times from my memory. make sure you download the correct version for your spt version and read the install instructions (it's different than other mods).
