When trying to install SPT via the installer, I keep running into a "Failed to Download Patcher" error after waiting on this file:
I tried following the solution in this thread, including:
-Fully deleting and reinstalling EFT
-Fully deleting the installer and hidden cache file
When I try to do the install manually from this link and go to the "articles" page: https://hub.sp-tarkov.com/faq-…/36-how-do-i-install-spt/

I keep getting a "page not found" or "access denied" error respectively.
I should also add, I have not run EFT nor SPT on this computer before, so I'm not sure if I don't have the log files stated at the beginning, or if I'm not looking in the correct spot for them. As such, the links listed for them are intentionally dead.
I'm honestly at a loss at this point, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
