Profile data not saving

Hey! I am not the best when it comes to these things, so I apologize. In short, started using AKI today out of interest of trying the mods within the community, got everything set up (I know the logs show errors, I am working on those). However, anytime I go to restart my personal server, it requires me to re-register my account. I have gone into my 'profiles' and see that the accounts created are still there, even though it is pushing for me to register saying that no account exists / my Username & Password are wrong.
