Got logged out after power outage, can't log back in.

I had a power outage last night while playing and it finally came back up a few hours ago. Tried to start up the server and noticed that server error, see attached file, and it wouldn't let me log in. I know my credentials were correct. I even tried to make a new account and the launcher completely froze for an hour. I had to task manager kill it. I'm pretty new to offline tarky and don't know how to do any sort of changing the code, moving/ deleting specific files without making something die, or what not, So whatever someone can help me with, that would be awesome.

Big sad. I was like 10 quests away from kappa lol. Alrighty, I'm going to delete everything and just download the newest version then since it won't let me make a new account on this set of files. Thanks!
