Inventory queue failed on following commands: HideourUpgrade

When trying to upgrade the Hideout, there is a backend timeout. I don't have any mods installed.

This hideout issue happens any time I perform a task in the hideout. There is a request time out that is being thrown but I'm not sure why this is happening, I only have the core SP mod installed.
