game not launching

i have installed everything, and got to running the launcher,

when i click start game the launcher goes away and the tarkov emblem shows in the taskbar, but then it closes and the launcher opens back up again

where do i find errors.log ? even searching for it i cant find it, i only have the server log file?

these are the only logs i have, will it create a log without showing up on screen as an error,

i dont get a error message just doesnt launch correctly
