    The BSG Escape from tarkov website using EOD.

    I apologize if this support thread is unorganized/sloppy as I do not use forums as much...However when using the SPT with server up and launcher up. When pressing start game the launcher vanishes to the task bar before escape from tarkov opens litterally only on the task bar before vanishing and reopening the launcher. I apologize for the inconvenience of dumping such an issue here.

    Your game has not been patched correctly. Please make sure you have used the right versions of the patcher for your game version. Also, try first copying the eft directory files to a new directory, and patch to right version before putting SPT there. Let me know what happens.

    Actually before I do give this a try. While extracting the patcher over to the area it kept coming up with errors. I dont have a screenshot but it kept having issues with the path? I was wondering if that might be relivent.

    When moving or trying to download it this massive...Well im not sure occurs...

    I'm sorry, I guess I'm not quite understanding the nature of your problem. You have successfully extracted the "Aki-Data" folder and the patcher.exe into the directory where the EFT files are located, or a copy of them mind you of the original files, and then run the patcher to completion without errors in the patcher.exe window? Just please explain to me where the issue occurs. Does the game still not run properly with all the mentioned steps completed?

    you said that your successfully downgraded your client, can you please show us a screenshot of the version number on your escapefromtarkov.exe (right click -> properties -> details tab) so we can confirm whether or not it has been downgraded.

    Well the main issue happened to be that Id open the launcher/server. Press start game and...Well tarkov would open then close. However being the complete dumbass i am...Ive created an issue Ive never seen. Not sure how but I guess I just did.

    please try and reinstall SPT with a newly coped live EFT client!


    follow these steps


    1. Update your live EFT to most current patch and do a file integrity check on the BSG launcher.
    2. Make a copy of your live EFT folder, name it SPT or something
    3. Download the latest AKI patcher and open it with 7zip, extract "aki_data" folder and "patcher.exe" to your SPT folder. Make sure both aki_data and patcher.exe are in the same folder as escapefromtarkov.exe.
    4. Run patcher.exe, monitor the promt make sure it patches successfully

    1. Right click on your escapefromtarkov.exe then go to properties and details tab, make sure the version is now 12.10.2.12893
    2. Download and extract spt-aki 1.5.1 to SPT folder
    3. Run server.exe, press Yes when prompted by powershell. Wait a bit till everything have started, make sure there are no errors
    4. Run launcher.exe, make account and start game

    I mean this litterally. This has fixed everything. Not sure how as it was me doing the same thing again...Bu thank you
