The mod is installed and I don't have any server errors ..... but I have no idea how to make this work.
I don't see any upgrade options anywhere.

I see you both haven't read the versions description or changelog.
The default is 1. hence the multiplier of 1 doesn't do anything.I was going off of what I remember, which (in this case) was old data.
Or some sort of Mandela effect.

Did SVM add a "instant reload and unload cartridges in magazines" kind of thing in the 3.2 update.
Twice now, after I've done a fresh install of SPT 3.2 (for other reasons not because of this issue or SVM), and then installed SVM when I played I had instant mag loading and unloading on a brand new character with zero mag drills skill.
Might it be a setting I've used in my preset?
ADDIT: I just realized that on the "Stash and Item" tab the "Round Load/Unload Time: was at zero. That was the cause of it. I guess at some point that toggle got bumped *shrug* What is default value "1?"
The "rounds load/unload speed" default is 0, meaning no buff/nerf.
Positive numbers (like 15 or 35) equals a buff or increase in reload speed, where as a negative one (such as -10) would be a nerf or decrease in speed. If it's instantaneous, it's either a bug or another mod. MuchNeeded has an "Instant Mag Packing In-Raid" feature.
Do you have that mod installed? -
It's a mod that shows dam/pen values for ammo in its description.
Anyways. I went back and used the AR mod by itself AND with an old profile save that didn't have those mods involved. Still got the bug. -
I tried installing the version for 3.1.1, as that's the AKI version I have, and I got a blank trader stock and an "unhandled error" in the server.
I even back dated my profile save to one from a few days ago and still got this error. -
Got the following error when I tried to use this to downgrade.

Prapor does not have a PSO scope for the quest. What am I missing?
Stock for traders is somewhat randomized. You will just have to wait for a restock.

OK. Actual bug.
After going to Mechanic, I can't choose BUY or SELL or TASKS after selecting TASKS. The menu gets stuck and I can't change it at any other trader. Also ... his inventory screen is blank and so is mine. I have to close the game to be able to change menus with traders again. -

Got a bug where a vest "ghosts" items in it and I can't interact with them.
No errors showed up in the server. -

I was able to insure at a different spot in the map progression. -
All of a sudden, I can't insure anything anymore.
All I did was add Bigger Bang. I changed zero SPO settings.
The items are listed, but are greyed out and described as "this item can't be insured". -
Its in the correct folder. On the other post they asked me if I uzippipped it correctly and I don't think I messed up a right click-extract.
Look inside the mod folder. It should look like this. What zip program are you using? Winrar borks stuff. Try 7zip.
If not, delete and then download/extract again. -
ok, so the dll got added but not the mod folder for the server.
That's very weird, can you go into the zip and go into the user/mods/ folder in there should be a Faupi-MunitionsExpert 1.4.0 folder, copy that folder and paste that into your mods folder and it should be fixed
