i would try the new latest version the was released today. ill close this for now, if you get the issues on 2.2.0 please redo this thread

DO NOT USE A PATCHER
INSTALL PROCESS:
1. UPDATE LIVE TO THE LATEST
2. COPY AND PASTE LIVE TO A NEW FOLDER
3. UNZIP AKI TO THE NEW FOLDER
4. RUN SERVER
5. RUN LAUNCHER
DO NOT REPLACE AN OLD AKI INSTALL - START FRESH.THE ONLY TIME PATCHERS ARE NEEDED IS WHEN LIVE IS A HIGHER VERSION COMPARED TO AKI. AS OF NOW NO PATCHER IS NEEDED

my recommendation is delete your installs of EFT, as that is not what i can see,
you can right click the .EXE and check details and show a screenshot of that exe -

I'm looking into ways to allow the default value from the settings menu to continue to work.
HOW TO INSTALL: (this is how to install for AKI 2.3.0 onwards)
1. Open the Zip
2. inside you will see, a BepInEx folder and a user folder.

3. copy these and paste them to your AKI install folder.

4. Done! there is nothing else for you to do.
IF YOU WANT TO REMOVE THE MOD, DELETE THE FOLLOWING:

hmm, that is indeed very weird,
I'm not seeing anything erroring or being funky in the logs, unless I'm skipping over something,
your profile has 3,765,635 roubles in it,
18010 dollars,
and some euros,
but something funky is happeningI'm not sure how to fix that, if you copy this profile out and start a new one if you sell something on the new profile does it work?

Do you have the logs still for this? If you restart the server and game it will replace these so if you do can you post them here?

seems to have a bug, but near impossible to reproduce from what I have read (doesn't always happen).
other than that I don't know any other reason for things to vanish. -
you can try see if it makes a difference, i doubt it will and expect a reinstall will be needed, but give it a go first

make sure the patcher matches the game version:
AKI PATCHER 12.12.11.16440 TO 12.11.7.15680
if this is all correct, i'd start be redownloading the game through the EFT launcher

Uninstall .net relating to 5.* and reinstall with 5.0.10

the Alt-z thing is a bit of a weird one, but glad your issue is fixed, i have the same issue regards having to alt-z sometimes
