Hit your windows key and search “proxy”

start by cleaning your temp files/cache, the launcher has an option for this, if it doesn't change anything, reinstall EFT from BSG's launcher and start the install process again

not everyone can be on all the time to offer support, even then there are no specific people to do that.
i'd say try the new one when it comes out, make sure live it updated to be the same and we'll go from there

bit of a pain to narrow down tbh, wait for the release of 2.2.0 and check it again if you can, ill close this for now, if there is still this issue when 2.2.0 comes can you post a report on here

is the BSG launcher and the game actually installed on your laptop?

so if you open the launcher on your laptop, go settings, can you find the file path to live on there?

the client log is password locked, can you redo it and not password it?

go to your SPT install location/user/launcher open config

this is basically what your settings page on the launcher shows, make sure the game paths are correct and URL

ok regards OP, i have been able to look at the logs and i see there are two errors, one regards the BE and EasyAssetPatch.

now we might be able to resolve this in one go,

EasyAssetPatch error seems to be solved by deleting and uninstalling all things EFT/SPT and starting again, including BSG's launcher.

once you have got all things installed again, restart the process of installing SPT and see if you get both errors again

hmm, personally not sure how to fix this if it works for a fresh account, im guessing something in the profile is unreadable, unfortunately nothing in the logs indicate what is unreadable or what is causing the overall screen to have issues

When one of the guys get around to it, normally pretty quick imo

Open your BSG launcher and update your game to latest

Ahh, the only issue is there is no patcher up for the latest version of eft right now so update live to latest and wait for a new patcher to be uploaded

That’s the latest version, you need to download this version of the patcher
