Stuck at launcher connecting. Fresh install unable to finish loading into launcher

The launcher runs but gets stuck at connecting... unable to click on account or settings. I double checked my versions, did a fresh install of the game. Downgraded and double checked the install versions. I have no idea what I am doing wrong here. I am unable to even start the game so I was unable to find any logs but the server one.

Try to disable your antivirus. Mine was doing the same.

go to your SPT install location/user/launcher open config

this is basically what your settings page on the launcher shows, make sure the game paths are correct and URL
