Install it just like any other mod, unzip it and drag and drop the SamSWAT-Vepr12 folder into the mods folder, located in 'user/mods'. Make sure you haven't put folder into another folder, path should be precisely like this: "GameFolder/user/mods/SamSWAT-Vepr12/modcontents".
