Installed fresh Windows 10. Fresh game install and fresh SPT install and even reset my BSG game profile. Same issue.

Try completely reinstalling live EFT and see if that helps

No. a new install and new profile. I even deleted both the original game and SPT files and reinstalled again.
I even copied the whole SPT game file from my Laptop which is working and tested it. Same issue.
The only difference between my laptop and PC is laptop Windows 10 and PC is Windows 11 if that's make a difference.

The id is for 'throwable weapons', have you altered the items.json file?
I didn't alter anything. The same files (I copied them) work on my Laptop and the game started with no errors.

I have been trying to install this for a week now. Same issue with Version 2.1.2 and now Version 2.2.0. I even reinstalled Windows thinking it would solve this issue.
