The update process is to update your official copy of the game through the BSG launcher, so you have the latest version of the official game.
Then you can install SPT to another folder, same way you would normally (I suggest using the installer).
You can then migrate your profile as described in the release notes:
"copy the `user/profiles` from your SPT 3.2.0 folder into your SPT 3.2.2 folder"
We do not support pirating the game or sharing client files.
Also, you should downgrade before installing SPT, not after
this thread is a mess. If you still need help please make your own issue thread.

I just tested the version of .net 6 desktop runtime we have listed under requirements. It seems to be working fine.
Please install .net framework and .net desktop runtime from the links provided in the requirements section found here
You also need .net framework 4.7.2
You should probably install the runtime for .net 6 desktop, even if you have the sdk installed

Well, there is definitely a typo I need to fix.
It's weird it is failing to decode some of those files. I'll have to investigate this more at some point.
Downgrading client files is a convenience for helping people get our latest build.
We no longer support 0.12.12.17349 client downgrades
Update your tarkov to latest and then use CWX's installer
Also, our official patcher now includes a log file, please provide it if you have patching issues. If you don't have a log, then you aren't using our official patcher or you are using outdated client patchers
