QuoteThe development team behind WTT proudly present our second standalone module for Tarkov - Pack 'n' Strap! This successor to [DEPRECATED] Small Cases - Now With Fannypack! comes packed with a brand new addition: Battle Belts!
This mod adds a total sixteen items (eight cases, and eightTEEN belts) to various traders at different loyalty levels. The code has undergone a complete upgrade, some of the cases have been resized and rebalanced, and the belts are all configured to go into your tactical rig slot, as well as your armband slot!
Since this can be game-breaking to some people who prefer a more normal run-through, included is a config to enable losing your armband slot on death. Simply set loseArmbandOnDeath to true in the config.json to lose the battle belts on death.This one has been in the works for a while, folks. We thought for a long time that custom rig layouts were all but impossible, and now we're able to release the first of many new layouts made by the WTT team.

Battle Belts are the newest addition to Small Cases family! Featuring fully custom layouts, belts are a new rig type that can be worn in your tactical rig slot, as well as your armband slot!
Before custom rig layouts were possible, we discussed how cool battle belts would be to have. A new way to give the player just a little more space to utilize medicine, weapons, or store some extra loot while traveling through the maps.

Along with the belt additions, Small Cases underwent some minor balancing and additions as well! The server code has been converted to a newer system, the small documents case and small toolpouch both received their own unique layouts, some cases were resized and rebalanced pricewise, and the Fannypack no longer goes in your special slot, as it's now part of the battlebelt system that goes in your armband/rig slot.

What is Welcome To Tarkov?
Welcome To Tarkov (WTT) is a mod for SPT AKI that has been in development for over a year. What started as a small passion project has grown in size to incorporate 10+ core members as well as contributions from other well-known mod authors and friends of WTT alike.
How does Welcome To Tarkov change the game?
As a mod, WTT overhauls SPT AKI, touching on almost every vanilla game system, as well as adding completely new systems to the game and its core mechanics. Inspired by open-world hardcore survival projects like STALKER: Anomaly and STALKER: GAMMA, WTT takes SPT’s artificial multiplayer MMO difficulty adders and replaces them with a challenging world economy, loot scarcity rebalancing, a lore friendly quest overhaul, and a map-traveling system built from rewritten portions of the Traveler mod allowing seamless travel between maps. Aside from its changes to the game’s core properties, WTT also adds to the world’s variety of traders, NPC’s, characters, items, and quests:
- Over 500 custom bundles adding new weapons, attachments, wearables, containers, food, medical, and barter items.
- New bosses with their own custom gear that will be properly incorporated into WTT’s quest lines.
- New, meaningful traders with their own lore-friendly quests and narrative elements to help the player progress through the story-line of WTT.
- New playable characters and outfits that will add to the player’s customization abilities.
- New quest types incorporating brand new map extraction points, putting the player’s knowledge and familiarization of SPT’s maps to the test.

This mod duplicates the clothing dropdowns in the Overall panel, and re-codes them to work exactly like the Head and Voice dropdowns during character creation, allowing you to alter your character's head and voice post-creation. With its server-side component, your modifications save to your server profile, ensuring persistent customization across sessions.
This works EXACTLY like the ones used during character creation. You only have options that are available to the player, and to your faction. I replicated the dropdowns to a tee in order for them to work this way, so this won't give you access to locked heads/voices, or ones not available to your faction. If you want more head/voice options, we strongly recommend RaiRai's All The Clothes.
No more regretting not picking the Josh voice! Or having to restart your profile to change your head when someone drops a pack of character head and voice selections!
This is the first standalone mod released by the WTT dev team.
I made this specifically for our overhaul, but deemed it *way too cool* to not release standalone. We also may or may not have some more content packs planned to hold you guys over until we feel ready for an actual release. Stay tuned!

Warning! This mod is in a beta state and not everything is fully implemented yet and may contain bugs. Proceed with caution.This mod adds a brand new skill to Tarkov which affects your ability to withstand injuries and disease.
Skill Information
Resilience has the following buffs:
- Increases walking speed by 0%-25% (50% when elite) while suffering from a leg fracture
- Reduces damage taken while running with a leg fracture by 0%-50%
- Reduces the effects of an infection by 0%-50% (100% when elite) Note: this skill is used by a seperate mod I'll be creating therefore it will never be implemented when standalone
- ELITE Allows you to run with a leg fracture Not Implemented
- ELITE Chance to get the Resilient buff when injured for a period of time Not Implemented
How to level up Resilience: The more damaged you are over a longer period of time will gain skill points
How to Install
Simply drag and drop the files into their respective folders.

- If you have no progress on the skill, you limp very slowly and is slower then vanilla

All of these cases are added to traders, and added to assault, usec, and bear loot.
But wait, there's more! If you take action right now, we're throwing in a bonus item that will leave you in awe: the one and only Fannypack! That's right, folks, the Fannypack is your secret weapon for carrying all that precious loot in style! It's like having a portable treasure chest strapped to your hip!
- Fannypack: A slick pouch with a 2x6 internal grid. Great way to hold all these new cases, or anything you want really. (Ragman sells this at level 1)
What sets the fannypack aside from the rest is it can go in the third special slot! The fannypack now works as a (janky) extension to the player inventory, allowing you to see half of the inventory of the fannypack without opening it.
NOTE: THIS IS INTENDED JANKINESS. The way BSG coded these slots is the same exact way a backpack or chestrig slot works, when you put the item inside the slot the inventory appears automatically. Because of where those slots are, placing the bag in slot 1 or 2 would overlap slot 3. By putting it in slot 3, you won't be overlapping any slots but you WILL have half of the Fannypack overlapped by the inventory screen. (see image above)
You can still open the bag inventory by double clicking on it/right click and open. I wish I could move the inventory of the Fannypack slightly to the left, but that's beyond my means lol. So for now, we get half of a new backpack added to our inventory.
As far as insurance is concerned, it's a little weird and honestly needs more testing lol. Some items will stay with you on death like a secure case, other items are lost on death. Here is an example I just tested:
I had the Fannypack with each of the small cases containing one or two items. out of everything I packed (key in the keytool, water in the lunchbox, keycard money and key in the docs, ammo in the ammopouch, and a grizzly in the medpouch) I only lost the keys and keycard on death. I am in NO WAY guaranteeing you won't lose items in the Fannypack, but there is a chance lol. Only put items that are expendable in the Fannypack, I am NOT responsible for you losing all your keys because you didn't read this description lol.The Fannypack is added to usec, bear, pmcbot, and assault bots.
Big shoutout to Jehree's custom case framework for doing all the legwork! All I did was tweak a few things to add special slot support (thanks to jbs4bmx Special Slots), and ended up making the case framework support multiple cases so this mod didn't need to be 6 separate folders lol.
NONE of this would have been possible without SSH's SDK and tutorials, I would have been absolutely lost making any of this without guidance lol.
KNOWN BUGS:
- The Fannypack appears on the character when in the backpack slot, but does NOT appear when in the specials slot.

QuoteFrank Castle, also known as The Punisher, had always been a lone vigilante. But when a distress call came from former soldiers from his old unit, he couldn't ignore it. The world of Tarkov is a lawless wasteland, a battleground where rival factions fight for control over the city's resources. Frank's friends, once part of the elite USEC faction, had become outcasts. Since being abandoned by their faction, they formed their own off-branch: the exUSEC Rogues. Their call for help was desperate, and Frank wasn't about to let them down. The Punisher sets his eyes to Tarkov, and plans to take down anyone who stands in his way.
The Punisher is a hardcore, scare-the-shit-out-of-you boss. He has boosted health, set to impossible difficulty, and kitted to the teeth. He's decked out in level 6 armor, armed with some BRAND NEW weapons and gear, and even though he has no helmet most of the time, he's proven before that he can take a bullet and keep comin' at ya. He can spawn on any map, in any zone, and he's not alone: he's got two exUSEC followers backing him up.
Included are config options to add his head/voice options to the player, as well as set a static spawnchance and set a minimum level the player needs to be in order for him to spawn.The Punisher boss features a dynamic spawnchance system which is influenced by various factors:
- By default, Frank has a 1% chance of spawning
- Chance increases based on your success in raids by 0.5% per raid- Failing raids decreases his spawn chance by 0.5% per raid
- Run throughs just add a flat 0.5% chance as well.
- If you eliminate any of Frank's exUSEC buddies, the chance of encountering Frank rises by 0.5% per kill.
- If Frank manages to eliminate you, the spawn chance is reset to default (1%) since he successfully killed his target.
- If you somehow manage to take down The Punisher, the spawnchance is reduced to 1/4 of it's current percentage, giving him time to heal and come back after you.
Frank is equipped with a TON of unique assets: Custom armor, custom weapons, a new rig, backpack, custom heads AND voices. Punisher now includes two variants of Frank Castle:
Jon Bernthal from the Punisher Netflix Series
- Jon Bernthal has over 60 voice lines taken from the Netflix Punisher TV show. The sound quality has been enhanced to minimize background noise, however, most of the voice lines are still pretty low quality lol. A lot of them are reused to add some variety to his reactions, so expect to hear the same lines repeated.
- Tom Jane has a fully fleshed out voicepack. Some of them are corny, but most fit the aesthetic of Tarkov. This asset was completely made from scratch, so this was quite the undertaking lol. Multiverse of Punishers: Tarkov Edition
The newest update also includes FOUR custom guns, and a new knife all made by the WTT team! Frank now has the KAC PDW .300 Blackout Rifle, a chopped FAL SA-58 Obrez, a Minebea PM-9 chinese variant of the Micro Uzi, and a Serbu Super Shorty shotgun!
The Serbu Super Shorty is a slick little shotty. It's accuracy leave something to be desired for, but being able to slot it in your holster almost makes up for it.The KAC PDW was made by Tron, and lovingly textured by MoxoPixel, bringing a much needed variety to the .300 rifles in the game.
The FAL Obrez has a new drum mag, and a few unique attachments to give it that chopped up look:
and the PM-9 brings another micro-smg variety to Tarkov, offering a few variations for magazines, as well as two barrel options.
The new melee weapon is a Black Military Kukri, a sleek tactical melee weapon for punisher

What is Welcome To Tarkov?

Welcome To Tarkov (WTT) is a mod for SPT AKI that has been in development for over a year. What started as a small passion project has grown in size to incorporate 10+ core members as well as contributions from other well-known mod authors and friends of WTT alike.
How does Welcome To Tarkov change the game?
As a mod, WTT overhauls SPT AKI, touching on almost every vanilla game system, as well as adding completely new systems to the game and its core mechanics. Inspired by open-world hardcore survival projects like STALKER: Anomaly and STALKER: GAMMA, WTT takes SPT’s artificial multiplayer MMO difficulty adders and replaces them with a challenging world economy, loot scarcity rebalancing, a lore friendly quest overhaul, and a map-traveling system built from rewritten portions of the Traveler mod allowing seamless travel between maps. Aside from its changes to the game’s core properties, WTT also adds to the world’s variety of traders, NPC’s, characters, items, and quests:
- Over 500 custom bundles adding new weapons, attachments, wearables, containers, food, medical, and barter items.
- New bosses with their own custom gear that will be properly incorporated into WTT’s quest lines.
- New, meaningful traders with their own lore-friendly quests and narrative elements to help the player progress through the story-line of WTT.
- New playable characters and outfits that will add to the player’s customization abilities.
- New quest types incorporating brand new map extraction points, putting the player’s knowledge and familiarization of SPT’s maps to the test.
Welcome To Tarkov stands as one of the largest mods created for SPT AKI thus far.
