For a start, don't use outdated mods.
Does this occur with no mods installed and a fresh profile?

You should NEVER install anything over your live files. This is the one rule.
I am surprised you have been struggling with this. Are you using the installer I linked earlier? It is a matter of placing that in an empty folder where you wish AKI to be installed to, and running. No other action is required. (presuming the game has now been updated to the supported version.)
eft get updated to 0.13.0.21680. is it can be problem to start launcher?
EFT is currently 0.13.0.21734 and i the version AKI is made for. If you have 0.13.0.21680 you will need to update your game.
All I can suggest is do not use mods that have not been updated.
Also do not manually change your profile (changing the version may even be what has caused the issue?)
Make sure that your profile conforms with the transfer requirements that are stated on the release page.
Don't manually edit mods, as there may be more going on beneath the surface.
Do this occur with a new profile and no mods?
Try a fresh install with the installer now you have the .net frameworks installed.
Try a fresh install using the installer.
Outdated mods.
As for why the bags are duplicating, I don't have a clue I am afraid.
The reason for the softlock is due to having multiple of the same unique item template id in your inventory. To solve this.
Make a backup of your profile. Then open the profile with notepad++ / VSCode / any other code editor. Do a search for the ID in your error log, and delete the whole JSON block that pertains to that item. ( from the first { to the last } )
Fingers crossed this will allow you to get back in.
Another thing that springs to mind, are you using any other node.js based applications at the same time as playing?
Considering the last error you had, I am wondering if something has gone wrong with your install.
What I suggest is to backup your profile, then create a new AKI install using the installer.
Start a fresh profile without mods to start with, and see if the issue recurs. (if it does then double check node.js is installed correctly)
If that works, you can try bringing your old profile back in, and re-enabling your mods.
OP this this solve it for you too?
Any joy with the above?
Any feedback as to if that was your issue? I have still not stumbled across this with anyone else.
Hmm all I can recommend is doing a fresh install in that case, I can see no indication of errors in the logs provided.
It would be worth doing a consistency check with the BSG launcher before using the installer to install.
It does indeed sound like the issue. I could not tell you how many items I am afraid. I hope it doesn't take you to long.
YOu have uploaded the incorrect logs so IO do not have enough information, if you could check the support rules, it tells you where to find everything.
I need both the client and server logs please.
Sorry you have update the incorrect log for the client, and this is the one that may tell us the issue.
can you upload
please.
It could well be a separate issue. Create your own post including all the logs from launching with your PMC please.
