Not sure about the first, but for second check if you have KMC collaboration configs enabled in Andrudis-QoL-Configurator. If you have collaboration enabled but do not have corresponding KMC mod installed - you may get that error on match start

Try mods like ThatGuyXIV-RandomLootGen to improve Marked rooms loot spawns.

If you have question about configuration of specific mod - ask in support thread or comments of that mod.

That is probably the cause of your situation:

in 12.12 there were changes to Hideout lighting, but the latest SPT is still based on 12.11 build before those changes were released.

It may have different effect depending on specific settings of graphic and monitor settings, but looks like in your case it is more noticeable change. Cannot be helped until SPT-AKI for 12.12 patch is released.

Not sure what could cause this, but I have no such issue - my hideout in SPT looks the same as in Live

Known issue, those skills are not implemented in the latest SPT-AKI. Probably will be fixed in the next version whenever it is released.

Most likely yes, but it will take some time before it gets released because devs will have to add support for most new features added in 12.12

Are you sure attached Client File is '*** errors.log' and not '*** application.log' or '*** traces.log' ?

You are using outdated version of a mod, not compatible with version of SPT-AKI you are using. Update to valid version if available. As long as you have an invalid mod installed, other mods may also behave incorrectly.
