Note: You you are upgrading from 1.1.0 you only need to replace the following folders:

\Andrudis-QuestManiac\db\TradersAssort\

\Andrudis-QuestManiac\db\QuestBundles\Weapon Proficiency\

The rest of mod content is identical. Just restart server after replacing these 2 folders and you should see magazines if you already completed any Weapon Proficiency Barter Quests

did you re-install SPT AKI only or Live EFT? One suggestion that helped to some people: fully uninstall Live EFT including BSG Launcher (uninstall, not just delete) and re-install it again - if you have not tried this yet, please do (no need to re-install SPT-AKI is you have in installed already). Also make sure you have all 3 required .NET packages installed just in case
