Two possible reasons:
1) one of quests (usually multi-choice quests ) is not in valid state. Often "Polikhim hobo", but may be another one. In that case helps to edit profile and change status for problematic quest from Started to Success
2) Some quests that should be visible are not visible - there is an option in AIO mod to enable all quests so you can check if you are missing on any quest that should be normally visible
Make profile backup before doing anything just in case

What version of downgrader Patcher have you used and what was the version of original EFT client?
It is blank for past insurance returns or you have tried to initiate another one insurance return after reverting changes? you can backup profile and just die with insured items to test and then revert back to original profile

Did you change max storage time? maxStorageTime is over it's maximum allowed value

Not sure, but this is not a common known issue, so it is possible caused by mods or changes... but still could be something unrelated. I do not see anything strange in logs, What exactly did you change?
Did you change default insurance time or chance %?

BTW if you have a compatible client version backup for BE RC1 I would recommend to try it to compare performance as in 12.11 BSG did come optimization
I mean, if you happen to have original EFT client 0.12.11.14002 you may try to install Bleeding Edge AKI 2.0 RC1 build without downgrading. BSG implemented NVidea Reflex support and some other optimizations which gave noticeable performance boost with my rig from avg 50-55FPS to avg 65-70FPS with High settings and WQHD resolution.
Bleeding Edge builds are not stable to just play them, but you may preview what to expect when AKI 2.0 will finally come out
Did you notice something unusual in Task Manager? CPU usage spikes? Unusually high RAM usage? I've has several issues with my PC:
1) sometimes MSI_ActiveX_***_Service.exe began to each 30-40% of CPU for no reason even when no applications is running and that cause micro-stutters even in windows itself while any game turned into slide-show. Happens rarely and I just need to kill that process to resolve the issue
2) killer network service (aka KillerService.exe) - this damn think caused memory leaks to the point where all 32Gb RAM become locked without an hour after the last reboot (especially if you downloaded anything) and can be released only by another reboot. That turned my PC into slideshow often. Googled how to remove this service completely and since then I have no issues with memory leaks
3) Microsoft_Audio_Core**** service - sometimes starts to use up to 25-30% of CPU capacity for no reasons. Usually happens during active Discord usage. Does not cause any stutters directly but may affect max FPS in come cases, just killing the process resolves the problem (sometimes need to restart Discord or game to restore sound)
If you do not hit bottleneck with your PC specs, than it is possible you have issues with one of services or drivers - cannot say with 100% confidence, but worth investigating

I have downloaded the most recent patch release and re-followed the steps list above, game now boots up no issues and I can navigate the menus.
Ok, I'll close this thread as resolved. Create a new one with new logs of you'll encounter any other issues
Just did this, new AKI patcher, new install, new 1.5.1 still won't launch.
Create your own support thread and provide your logs and other information as requested. Just knowing that you have some issues is not enough for us to provide any assistance
I don't want to close the thread already as I want to also confirm, whether the bug was caused by selling on the flea in general or because in order to do so I was using a version of the mod that turns out wasn't fully compatible with my AKI version.

for 0.12.11.14290 you need the latest patcher 1.12.0 previous versions will not work. Each patcher version has target EFT version specified - it should match with copy of your EFT Live
What version have you downgraded from? if it is .14290 - it just got released few hours ago and there is no downgrader for it yet

I do not use Ragfair ever, so my "offers" always empty, you may try clearing your to see if it helps
Just a small guess: could you please try just deleting content of "dialogues" section in your old profile, but keep the rest intact - will it work?
