One of your mods is causing bot item generation errors.

When you tried to sell the item to mechanic, did you see any red text/error in the server window?

Make sure you're installing .net 6 desktop runtime
-
remove your mods and try again, a failing mod can cause profiles to not be listed.

I'm unsure what you're asking;
Can SPT get you banned in live?
or
Can i play SPT with a banned live account?

Have a read of the faq section `Endless loading / Stuck on splashscreen / Game crash to desktop`and try the suggestestion, it should resolve your issue.

Solution1: Go through entire profile and remove modded items by hand
Solution2: Use mod that adds weapons, log into profile and remove modded weapons from profile, log out, remove mod
-
Okay, the issue is because at some point this profile was used with a mod that adds weapons. Somewhere in your profile these modded items are still present.
When you try to buy an item the server tries to find a slot to place your new item, it does this by checking the sizes of existing items in your stash. One item in your stash is your a mod weapon. As the mod no longer exists, the server dies trying to find its size.

Mods made for earlier versions of SPT are not guaranteed to work in 3.4.0, you'd have to chck each mods Hub page to see if they've been updated and download it again.
As kikirio has said, copy your `user/profiles` folder from your current SPT folder to your new 3.4.0 folder.
BE AWARE; a profile that has custom mod items will cause SPT to break if you run it without the corrisponding mod installed. This, obviously, will be an issue if the mod hasn't been updated for 3.4.0 yet.

If exe files are vanishing that usually means an overzealous anti-virus has a false positive on SPT being a virus, see if you can check its log files.

I was able to reproduce the issue, will write a hotfix for 340 soon.
-
Does it occur when you remove the InsurancePlus mod
-
Make sure the path to your spt folder doesnt have any characters with accents (e.g. â, î or ô)
Check your windows event logs to see if anything is showing up there.

You found it the hard way! but yes, having modded items in your profile and then removing the mod will cause issues, there should have been an error in your server window about items missing and how it will cause issues
-
I suspect your anti virus is removing files from the spt folder, can you check if that has happened?

The message you're seeing is unrelated to the issue you're experiencing (its overly verbose logging fixed in the next spt version), its likely a mod issue, try removing all mods and add them back in small groups until you find the culprit.

Do you get the same 'Sirenix.Serialization.FormatterLocator' error in your client log?
