marksman data looks fine, i dont know what's going on.

this sort of issue occurs constantly with out of date mods causing issues, but you're not using any, really uncertain what to suggest.

Does the error occur if you try 3.2.6?

I am able to reproduce this on my machine on Factory with BEAR PMCs.

Do you know if USEC PMCs on factory ignore you?

Do you know if this happens on other maps?

Your logs show a lot of serious errors, this could cause your game to not spawn any bots.

We can't offer support for people using mods, sorry.

This can happen when you've installed a mod that adds custom weapons to the game, added one of them to your profile and then removed the mod.

Do you think this could be the case?

A workaround will be added for 3.2.5.

I can reproduce the issue using your profile, after visiting the hideout there are no changes to the profile on the server. This leads me to believe whatever is causing this is occurring inside the client. after you finish the raid, the profile data + failed quest data is sent to the server and saved.

More investigation is required.

Can you try again with the following settings in config/bot.json altered to match the below picture (exusec)?

Your logs show PMCs were spawned, is it possible PMCs replaced some of the rogues and that's what caused the fighting?

Or did you do something to reduce the chance of Rogues being replaced with PMCs?

Logs looks fine, maybe try installing using the installer? SPT-AKI-INSTALLER

You're missing key files that make spt work, either:
a) they're not being copied into the spt folder

b) they're being deleted by a program on your computer

Can you post your logs please, especially the server log.

You won't get a blue keycard from reserve as there are no spawns for it on reserve in our data.

edit: you said shoreline, i checked the loot files and found no spawns for blue keycard there, so same answer.

Not sure I'm explaining myself clearly, once you have a profile with modded items that profile NEEDS the mod installed to function.
