I checked the quest data and it needs the following quests to be complete:
Secured perimeter (success)
Supply plans (success or fail)
Sell-out (success)
This is wrong, will be fixed in the 3.2.5 beta to not need sell-out.

This can happen when your anti-virus flags and removes some of the files you extracted (usually a dll) from the spt zip.

Yea dude i have same problem with no mods at all.
Fresh tarkov from BSG installing thru Installer or manually and same results.
All up to date but :File not exist. File: "EscapeFromTarkov_BE.exe". ElapsedMilliseconds:120: popping in logs.
I cant copy that from original game because it isn't there anymore idk why....

You very likely have a modded item in your inventory/insurance return that's killing your profile.
Install the mod again, delete the mod items from your inventory, remove the mod and you're good to go.

Few possibilities:
You've not installed SPT correctly, you've missed some of the bepinex DLLs
Your antivirus has flagged and deleted one of the key spt files (your lack of a bepinex log is huge indication this is what's happened)

This is a known issue in SPT, there's no known fix.

Do you want to adjust your characters' skills or the PMC bots' skills? your question is rather vague.

From your server log i can see at least 10 bots spawned in, there's no error in the server or client logs that show errors. There's not much for me to go on at this point.
If i wanted to reproduce the problem, what steps would i need to perform?

Can you describe what pre-raid settings you chose? e.g what difficulty, was pve enabled?

You list 324 as the version you're using, 323 as the server version you're using and your server log shows 323, to confirm, you're on 323?
Remove your mods, update to latest spt and give it a try.

Does this happen when doing offline raids in live tarkov?
Watch your RAM usage, is it hitting 100% or close to it?

Can you explain what you mean by freezes?
Does the game crash, forcing you to close it?

if you check the file version of`EscapeFromTarkov.exe`, does it show as `0.12.12.19428`
Are you using windows, which version?
are you launching the game through the aki.launcher.exe ?
