I've changed it a lot over the last year so it looks p much the same as in game now. But I'm running a kdu for the PRC in the place of the GPS bc I don't have one atm. the main thing is the plate carrier as even the old gen S&S carriers are still a bit expensive. there are knock off airsoft ones on ebay though too/
spiritus sytems used to make the patch but theyre impossible to get now but you can find knock off's on aliexpress or amazon. I found it by reverse image searching the in game patch

crye and eagle indistries made most of the real miltary aor2 pouches and misc stuff. but the ebay/aliexpress ones are the same quality for much cheaper honestly
