The buyback prices in handbook.json are way off so the easiest way to get the traders to buy everything back at lower cost is to edit each traders base.json and add a discount for each. Most likely not needed anymore since Aki 2.2.1. This mod should work for all locales. Uses Prapors responses for the repeatable Quest. needs to be loaded after all custom traders are loaded, that's the reason for the zzzz in the filename.

Doing some research, I found this list of unique identifiers and the bosses have most of these keys inside their backpack slots under the Aki_Data > Server > database > bots > types > (BossName).json so Im going to experiment by upping the loose loot modifiers (near the very bottom of the json file) and see what I get.
