Installation
- Download and Install VCQL FIRST THIS IS REQUIRED
- Download Scorpion
- Open the downloaded 7z file in 7-zip
- Select the user folder in the 7z file in 7-zip
- Drag the user folder from 7-zip into your SPT folder

- Adjust this to increase or lower the prices of items in Scorpion's Assort (0.5 = 1/2 price, 2 = 2x price, etc)

- Adjust this to change minimum time in seconds for a trader refresh

How to add custom modded weapons to the "Weapon Proficiency - X" quest lines
- Open \user\mods\acidphantasm-scorpion\config\ModdedWeaponCompatibility.json in NotePad
- Follow the example format and add your modded weapon IDs to the appropriate category
- You will need to get these IDs yourself, support is not offered here for this
- Save and overwrite the existing ModdedWeaponCompatibility.json
- Start server, validate that the text [acidphantasm-scorpion] Custom Weapons added to proficiency quests. Enjoy! shows up in the server console

Known Issues
- Some Quest Zones may not work if you have any version of SamSWAT.HeliCrash installed.
- Some people have issues with quests not showing up or zones not working.
- This has always been shown to be an installation issue.
- Shutdown the game, launcher, and server.
- Install VCQL, then install Scorpion.

Hi,
Weapon Acquisition task having misleading information. Description says to kill with ADAR, objective says to kill with M4A1. Killing with M4A1 doesn't work.

That's not what that task is. You have a mod that is modifying gunsmith quests.

Scout Mission BUG? It states to eliminate any targets around the area 0/5 i sat there for a whole raid and killed more than enough enemies but the quest will not update.

I just did this quest on my 3.10 playthrough, so I know it functions properly.
The only issues I've heard with quest zones not working so far has been Fika Dedicated users who didn't install VCQL zones to the dedicated

Does this mod change, alter, or do anything involving other trader quests? I'm trying to figure out a bug involved with the mod Quest Randomizer and I cannot seem to get scorpion and that mod to run at the same time. Just trying to force my way through bug fixing it myself but figured I'd save myself some time by asking here about any changes I should know about. Thanks!

Hello, was doing the crestfallen quest and failed it because I killed Sanitar by accident, is this quest not restartable or am I bugged?

Apparently it isn't flagged as restartable, it's a bug that nobody reported. I'll update it in a future version

That's because it isn't the correct parameters. Weapon Acquisition 3 requires a silencer.

You know, Scorpion already took like $3M from me but I don't think my stash has been increased yet, kinda scammy.

I haven't done extensive testing on this mod in 3.10 because it would literally take ages to test everything (100+ hours) but the stash functionality has been working since it was introduced.
It does require a client restart though.
The easiest way to test this is to make a dev profile, move an item to the bottom of your stash, complete the stash quest and then restart the game and see if there is extra rows at the bottom below the item you moved there.

Yep, that's how it's always been. It's a BSG thing and not something I (or SPT) can control.
I believe it *should* also update your stash size if you run a raid, but that was on 3.9.x when we were still using "offline practice" raids for SPT. I'm not sure if that still applies for 3.10.x since we are now using "PvE" raids.

just leaving this "bug" ive run into is in Weapon Proficiency - melee; quest might just not be a fan of the PR-Taran police baton so going to test with other weapons (had 4x melee kills with it and quest is still at 0/10)

I probably missed the baton when BsG added it (I have a habit of missing new weapons)
You can use the modded weapon compatibility configuration to add it until I can remember to properly fix it. The mod page has a guide on how to do this.

Melee quest does not get progressed at all if you get a kill with the Gladius (664a5428d5e33a713b622379). does anyone know how to fix this?

There's a modded weapon config, I must have missed the Gladius when it was added to SPT but you can just put that ID in the melee slot in that config.

That wouldn't make sense for lore if you don't have those mods, so I don't think I'll ever include it. Eventually I'll go back to finishing the quest lines for this mod but I'm still burnt out on building quests.

A guide isn't really necessary if you use the weapon preset builder. If you need to skip them, you can download and use the mod "Skipper"

You need to update to a later version of Scorpion. That is a very old bug.

If you have that version and it isn't restartable then you have another mod breaking it. It's marked as restartable and can be re-accepted.

I recommend getting the Dynamic Maps mod to go with any custom trader's quests. Makes life a whole lot easier.

It's the part of the map that lets you get to the highest point. It's the big billboard in the corner of interchange that doesn't really have anything at all. There's a gate you can open and climb the stairs.

So after doing Weapon Proficiency III to kill 8 bosses with the weapon, the next mission is Proficiency IV - to kill the same 8 bosses again? Sorry but that is a kick in the balls and I hope is a placeholder.
Killing 100 targets would be more fun than repeating the 8 boss quest again.

Weapon Proficiency and The Bet quests are meant to be done over the course of regular gameplay through the whole "wipe" and not "I'm going to smash through this quest"
There are also differences between them.

I hope you'll reconsider them in a future update, I love this mod so far, but this one is a real blow to the gut, a grindy task like this is something BSG would do to slow progression. It's just not fun.
To kill all 8 bosses 7 times with different weapons is a pretty long task, but to do it 14 times (I assume all Part 4s are just repeats).
Really hope you reconsider and change part 4 to something fun. Killing 100 targets with the weapon is fun and done over a course of a playthrough, killing bosses with a specific weapon is more of a "smash through" quest

having an issue with The Route, no prompt is showing at all for palcing markers, quest mod that will show quest locations on screen will not even acknowledge that those are quest locations, but my 2 friends can comeplete quest just fine on the server we are running.

Fika has random issues with VCQL quest zones, nothing I can do about it as I don't manage either of those mods.

It's something with fika and VCQL, Iwe talked with Virtual about it and we have no idea why sometimes the zones don't load.

Is the "kill any targets in Sanatorium" on Shoreline bugged? I am not sure if there is only a small space where the kills need to happen, but it doesn´t count at all for any of my team. We did several fights there, but nothing counted at all. Unsure if we simply did not hit the right spot for killing anyone there.

The entire fenced area is the kill zone for it, but considering you are saying team there is sometimes weirdness with VCQL zones and fika.

Eventually. This mod is basically on life support/bugfixing at the moment as I have zero motivation to work on quest stuff lately. That's the difficult part of managing so many mods.
Eventually Scorpion will be set for full release that will include per quest images and the final quest chain (outside of Event quests)

You're missing the VCQL bepinex mod, which is due to incorrectly installing VCQL.
If you have the dll in \bepinex\plugins\, then this error can also happen if you are using linux or fika (and can be ignored)
