Freedom—Shape-shifting weapon from codol 1.0.0

It's a shape-shifting weapon from CODOL. Can be switched between sniper mode and shotgun mode

Since I can't draw this weapon, let's experience it in the Tarkov！ :kekw:

You can buy the weapon from Prapor

Anamorphic animation was made by me in accordance with the CODOL representation frame by frame

Press T to transform and switch between sniper mode and shotgun mode

All bullets are allowed


This is a completely new endeavor, so there may be some unknown bugs that I can't fix：For example, fire sounds sometimes don't match correctly

  • I really like this mod and want to use it but there seem to be a bug where other guns become silent, have no recoil, and have way higher fire-rate than they should. Not sure if it's conflicting with my other mods but it doesn't seem like it would.

  • Also, is there a way to make this have variable zoom to work with Fontaine's FOV fix?

  • How is ammo use determined for each firing mode? Are there separate magazines for each?

  • i cannot imagine the animation work on this, i wonder if this guy found a way to import animations like samswat, either way it's still the most surprising thing i've seen in all my time playing spt

  • for what ever reason i cant change to sniper mode. My guess would be a conflict with realism mod.

  • Ran into a problem where after installing, suppressed weapons were completely silent without any recoil, also shot way faster than its actual rate of fire, but otherwise the mod is really cool

    • I tried it and is gives me an error message saying that it's missing aki version field. How did you get it to work?

    • Anything 3.9 will not work in 3.8 unless there is a different version on the mod page for it.
      The two versions are completely incompatible with each other.

    Mod extractors have a hard time with mods that don't use the standard structure

  • You continue to make some of the coolest mods on the site. Whether it fits in with peoples idea of "realistic tarkov experience" or not im glad ur back to modding and cant wait to see whats next.
