Leave It There addon that adds new items to make an in-raid safehouse more comfortable! Includes a place-able exfil, infil, and a space heater that emits a comfort buff.

  • Hello, I have the mod and I can't place the radio if it's lying on the floor, I can only pick it up. It also keeps showing me an exfil even though nothing has been placed yet, but I can place the heater!  :(

  • Question about the IDEA furniture addon - I have player/npc collision set to ON in Leave it there, but all placeable items from IDEA have no collision. I can walk and shoot through them no problem, it makes the barricade items quite a bit useless unfortunately );
    Also, I was thinking a placeable hatch to a bunker or something similar would be awesome more immersion. Pretending I'm extracting through an underground tunnel system back to my main hideout would perfect this whole thing for me. After collision on the barricades, sandbags and such lol

      It adds a bunch of neat items, containers for holding items and stuff to make your in raid hideout feel more homey.
      The unfortunate thing at the moment is none of the "barricade" items have collision, you can shoot through them, walk through them, etc.
      Hoping Jehree can check it out and see if it's fixable as it would make the mod sooo much better, so many more possibilities. There are little placeable wooden stairs, haven't tried them as they probably don't have collision either, but would be so awesome to build stairs around the environment for traversal too

    But something weird happened to me:


    Some times I can't extract from any points. Double clicked O and panel showed nothing, Dynamic Map showed no exfil point neither. I'm not sure which mod caused that.


    I tried the radio, after clicked "Activate Safehouse" and "Extract", the option changed to "Stop Extract" but nothing happened, no countdown, no extract, double clicked O still showed nothing.


    I've added some debug log, ExfiltrationController.ExfiltrationPoints data is all good, their Game Object is activated and Box Collider is enabled.


    It's not happened every time, by disable some mods one by one, I still couldn't find a pattern.


    Is there any suggestions?

    • Could just be a PVE bug. There has been a rare bug where you load in with no exfils for a while. I don't think Home Comforts would be the cause.

    • Thank you for your response! I've figured out that it's the 'Friendly PMC' mod causing the issue. For some reason, it alters my spawn point data, and this change completely breaks the extraction point logic. This definitely isn't related to your mod – I really love your work! ^^

  • Is there a way to disable infil from safehouses? There doesn't seem to be anything related to that in the F12 menu

  • Love this mod! Also had a few ideas for additional items that could (potentially) be added

    1. Wooden Barricades - Useful for blocking doorways, windows, holes in walls, whatever- potentially resizeable? Leave it There lets you manipulate a lot of things and a resize function might be possible. If not, a square and rectangle variant might be nessecary

    2. Rain collector - In raid rain collector creates bottled water once per raid/day/whatever, potentially requires a filter?

    3. Workshop/Portable stove - In raid crafting? I have no clue if that could ever possibly be made, but some way to make food or craft in raid would be awesome. Potentially restricted by crafting it too- for example, you need a level 1 workbench to craft a level 2 in raid workbench or something? Or perhaps restrict it by trader levels. Again, no idea if this is even remotely possible

    4. Gun rack, mannequins, trophy cases - In raid hideout storage solutions

    5. Gym?

    Basically just let me have all of the hideouts functionality in raid lol

    And again, amazing mod, great work!

    • Check my github for the Idea Furniture mod. Doesn't add any of the functional things you mentioned but it does add a bunch of props you can base build with (barricades, furniture, walls, etc.)


      For functional things, I have these things planned:
      - Sleeping Bag for time skipping

      - Big military radio system for accepting / completing quests


      They are a ways off though, because my motivation to do anything has been in the toilet.

  • So i can spawn in on the radio only if i extract from it. I have always infill checked enabled in the F12 menu but it still gives me a random spawn.


    No error messages during boot up. Not a big deal personally, just want to provide data in case anyone else has these issues. ill reply if i can figure out more.

    • You have to extract from it once, but after that you should infil there every time (unless you reclaim it, of course)

      Also i noticed that my radio was elevated on a box. so perhaps it has to be on the floor. Ill test that as well.

    • Doesn't matter where it is, as long as you can interact with it.

  • Extract camping my ass, this motherfucker is a 5 star hotel with full-on great Yelp review of extract camping. I love it.

  • for some reason after i place the exfil radio thingy down with leave it there and look away from it then onto it i cant setup the safehouse with it like nothing happens when i use that function any help?

    • Can you elaborate on what you mean by "nothing happens"? Do you see the "Activate Safehouse" option but clicking it does nothing?

      Or is that option grayed out?

    • ye so when i click the activate safehouse function it literally like does like the interact sound dont know how to call that but thats it cant extract or anything really tried in other maps like woods as i initlaly tried customs but neither worked tho just went shoreline where i did not do any of that safehouse radio thingy and when double clicking O i had the home comforts safehouse extract and thats about it as i know

    • Can you reproduce the issue, then press F12, click Open Log in the top right, and paste it in a reply to this comment?

    Now we need a mod to remove all vanilla exfils for maximum immersion. Or to turn exfils into transits between maps.

  • Great mod, can't wait for more updates/addons to make a true customised hidout in raid. Paired with PtT, it's the closest to an open world experience we've been yet.

    so i would be able to use a mix of this, leave it there, and path to tarkov essentially to create my own "in-world" secondary hideouts/stashes, and only have the traders available for trading, not stashing.


    I always wished the hideout was a physical location that you could "transit" to, fix yourself up in-game, then head back out. this could kinda be that

    • i am using leave it there, pt and lockable doors. home comforts did not work for me

    • @another333 it's because Ptt uses an extract api that makes it so you can't automatically extract.

      It's PTT, not interactableexfils.

    • Yeah i figured the changes on the extracts were affecting. gotta wait for a comp patch, for now the heater will do

    • @solexstria Interactable Exfils API is compatible with Home Comforts. The issue is just that the exfil is not able to be used in your PTT config to set up an offraid position for it.

    • @Jehree yeah I meant to say that to correct myself, but probably forgot to.

  • Is it compatible with Path To Tarkov? The radio exfil specifically.

    • Kind of? I believe if you leave via the radio, your offraid pos just doesn't change.

      Trap has been busy with IRL stuff, but I know he planned to add support for the radio at some point.

    • It didnt work for me. The new extract is not showing on the list. I guess we wait for compatibility from Trap.

I've been working on a modpack to turn this game into essentially DayZ without zombies (or Rust if you wanna compare it to that to) and LeaveItThere, LockableDoors and now THIS has definitely made my life easier. (The modpack provides links, not individual downloads) but still this is amazing. Good work.

  • Congrats on the hub release! I've been using the RC versions for a while now and its great to see it come out officially. This and Leave it There are must haves for all my future SPT installs, great work brother! :thumbup:
