Port of GhostSignals' Recoil Tweaks mod for latest AKI builds

Original mod by GhostSignals, I simply just ported it for the latest release of AKI. None of this is my work besides the porting. I may try to fix reported issues with the mod but I also might not cause I'm lazy :kekw:

  • Just to let you know...download link is throwing "error 404"

    • dropbox made some sort of weird change and now none of my links work even though I have sharing enabled so when I get home I'm moving all my mods to google drive
