Patcher does not work, displays a missing ADAR animation bundle every time i try to patch.

Please help. I have run several integrity checks before pasting the game into a new folder, I've reinstalled the patcher, and the server but still no results. I cant really use the launcher either because the game is not yet downgraded. Please message me on discord if you can help me. My username is jooba#6815
