Error - Failed to initialize player - PreloadData is missing. It should always be there.

Trying to launch game for first time and get error message "Error - Failed to initialize player - PreloadData is missing. It should always be there." have tried deleting everything and restarting install. using most current patch. completely lost, appreciate any help.

I was able to figure out a fix, deleted everything, opened the bsg launcher, verified game files, and the restarted the installation process. works great now.

If this could be marked as resolved that would be awesome.
