No place for renegades - bugged?

Is the quest bugged, I ran reserve for quite some time and found no renegades in the bunker area, run in, check for renegades run out trigger the alarm run back in to check again, extract, over and over and no renegades spawn

this was the same on previous versions, I was never able to do this quest

edit: forgot to mention I tested this with both the as online and medium amount of bots

if you use kiki all the bosses mod you can make the raiders spawn 100% of the time

ok, yes, we can manipulate the spawn chances of the raiders, but I wondered if in vanilla SPT this works, granted I use a loot mod but that should not affect the spawn chances of raiders

i am unsure if raiders will spawn in vanilla myself theres another mod that adds them at the chance rate they are supposed to be at so im guessing they dont spawn properly but like i said i am unsure

chomp raider fix is the mod and yes it seems that they are broken

Raiders in Reserve and Labs as bsg intended

Some of the Raider spawns that use triggerids are broken, they use the wrong ids. this mod changes them to let raiders spawn again.

yes, after installing the raider fix mod raiders started spawning in the command room, since this is a bug fix it would be nice if it was incorporated in the main game, ty for the help
