Im currently having an issue with the Error "Failed to initialize. Preload Data is missing. It should always be there". I am only having this issue when I try and apply the newest patcher of 16440 down to 15680. Now when I dont use a patcher its fine I just get an infinite loading screen because its the wrong version. Ive made sure im using the correct patcher and Ive verified the game files several different times. Sort of at a dead hault becasue i cant figure this issue out. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
