A while ago it was possible to select the entry point with the corresponding extraction points using a map that had to be in the inventory. However, BSG disabled this function at some point. This mod brings this feature back.
-How to select EP?
Buy a map from the therapist or flea market, place it inside your inventory, then enter location selection menu and select desired location. At the bottom you should see a "Map" button next to the "Back" button, after you click on it the map will open and you will be able to select an entry point on it.

Install it just like any other mod, unzip it and drag and drop the SamSWAT-SelectEntryPoint folder into the mods folder, located in 'user/mods'. Make sure you haven't put folder into another folder, path should be precisely like this: "GameFolder/user/mods/SamSWAT-SelectEntryPoint/modcontents".
