No settings bar

So the game works perfect and no mod used but I was messing around in the settings and I put the game into windowed mode from the settings and now I don't have access the the whole bottom bar of the game such as presets tab, handbook tab but I can see the numbers above the handbook like the 99+ things I have not read and the messenger tab etc.

I have uninstalled spt-aki and removed everything from my spt-aki folder and redoing everything in hopes that it would take the settings from the live version of tarkov and putting me back to full screen mode but it did not, I even tried opening the spt launcher going to settings and clearing game settings but resulted an issue occurred

DON'T WORRY ABOUT THIS ANYMORE

all I had to do was change my resolution in nvidia control panel to something lower change the settings back to full screen then put my res back to normal
