Stuck on loading screen

I did install spt aki quite a few time this year but I recently got my motherboard and ssds changed so had to install again today but everytime my game would be stuck at the first loading screen before setting up the character. I know I am not doing anything wrong. I was running a fresh windows 11 and reinstalled spt about 6-7 times then I reseted to windows 10 and tried it a few more times. I also did go into a raid in live game before copying my files for spt-aki.

I was installing on my desktop, changed the spt folder to C:\sptaki and it worked
