game does not launch

when clicking start game from launcher, game opens and closes and goes back to launcher. i have installed .net clients: windowsdesktop-runtime-6.0.4-win.exe and ndp472-devpack-enu.exe

I'm sorry if this is the wrong spot for this but I was confused on where exactly where I can create a ticket or thread. It keeps saying that it cannot not find my game in stalled but the path is to the tarkov in the aki folder so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong any tips?

downloaded the new patcher, did a clean SPT install, still same error

continually getting the following error in the log files: File not exist. File: "EscapeFromTarkov_BE.exe". ElapsedMilliseconds:63

game opens and closes instantly when clicking "play game".

i have uninstalled/installed .NET multiple times.

ndp472-kb4054531-web.exe

windowsdesktop-runtime-6.0.4-win-x64.exe

then tried

ndp48-devpack-enu.exe

game does not launch
