I cannot make transactions with any traders.

I cannot complete transactions with traders. I can click fill items and give them the money but when I click deal I get a loading wheel that goes on for a while. I also can't open my hideout. I will attach a picture of the error I get in the server console down below

I get another error after removing all my mods. Should I just reinstall the whole game?
