Game opens then closes immedietly upon startup

I have just downloaded the AKI launcher to mod solo tarkov but upon startup the game opens, flashes for under a second, then closes and nothing happens.

make sure you have .NET Framework 4.7.2 and .NET 6 Runtime.

if after that you are still having issues, i'd validate your game files with BSGs launcher and try installing again

Should I just look up a guide to validating the files, also should I just start from the beginning and install the mod over again.
