Pharmacist quest bugged?

Having the same bug. Got the item, died, case won't spawn again.

Not using any mods myself.

I'm having this problem with the Eagle Eye quest. Died after getting the second drone part, and now I've checked three times and it's never there again.

I have this problem as well with the Same quest and the retrieval quest for Prapor - the stop watch.

ok so here is what I did

I downloaded the APT-AKI profile editor from the mod directory and set these bugged quests to 'ready to hand in' which will allow you to hand them in and advanced the quest line

3.2.0 has a bug where failed quests cannot have quest items picked up again, will be fixed in next release.

Until then, you can use the profile editor mod to alter broken quests to be ready to hand in as Cexitime said.

Happened to me with farming pt.3 . Had to edit my profile JSON with the Availableforfinish to be able to finish it

So i did all i could. Tried going in and editing the quest to make it Availableforstart, availableforfinish, and success, no luck with any of those. Just went and reset my account. That quest is tied to too many important ones to let it sit there unfinished

Did you change the status timers? I had to force the Farming part 3 quest in the JSON file and I changed these status to random time and everything was fine for me
