Player Scav, No Timer or Exfil Options

I am having and issue when I spawn as a scav. When I spawn as a scav there is no timer or exfil locations, single/double pressing o. If I'm on lighthouse and go to the industrial zone gates I cannot extract, even though that is a always open exfil location.

Any help would be appreciated.

So I thought about if it was a lighthouse issue so I tried woods and it works. Then for shits and giggles I tried lighthouse again and it worked too. Not sure why the first few times I tried it wouldn't let me do it though.
