Bots' night vision goggles

Hi guys, I'm a modder and I'm having a problem,

My bot can't generate any night vision goggles as T10, GPNVG-18, N-13 and PVS-14, I changed the code and enhanced mod_nvg to 100% and even cleared all blacklists in the config/bot file, However, T7 can only be spawned with helmets.

I found 3.1.1 as well.

I think there is a blacklist or something like that, which I can't find.

Can someone help me?
