Quest 'Hunter' from Jaeger, upon completion does not add the SWORD International Mk-18 marksman rifle to Jaeger's stock

Upon completing the quest 'Hunter' provided by Jaeger he does not stock the SWORD International Mk-18 Marksman Rifle as he is supposed to.

I have tried completing the quest again through a save editor, uninstalling my mods, and creating a new profile with no mods and force completing the quest. No matter what I've tried, the Marksman Rifle does not appear in Jaeger's stock.

Strange, I have Jaeger Level 4 but cannot see the rifle in his stock.

Bit of an update, I just legitimately completed 'The Guide' for Peacekeeper and his stock correctly includes the EOTech HHS-1 Hybrid Sight (Tan), Ops-Core SLAAP armor helmet plate (Tan), and SLR-106/AK 5.56x45 Circle 10 30-round magazine that become available upon completing 'The Guide'.

Jager however still doesn't carry the Mk-18 marksman rifle.
